Including acrylic, gouache, pastel, linocut and newspaper.

The linocut element is the black under printing of the left hand bird, possibly from a previous printing. Elements of this collage can be found in many of Rothenstein s prints, dating back from the late 50s with the imagery of a bird under the sun.
